Thrilled with the stunning sunset views from the balcony and easy beach access for snorkeling. Enjoyed professional diving at Akumal and pristine waters at nearby Nicté-Ha cenote. The villa offered a gym, multiple pools, yoga pad, reliable WiFi, and streaming TV. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Just book it!

Casey's jungle condo was fabulous! He has thought of every detail and the condo is well decorated and well stocked. The condo grounds are well-kept and the guard is very nice and helpful. There are three pools to use and most of the time we had them to ourselves! Casey is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any small issues we had during our stay were dealt with swiftly and he was kind to offer suggestions and resources when we needed them. We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful spot!!

Casey's place in Akumal is fantastic. Everything looks even better than the pictures, and the view of the jungle is breathtaking. Casey was always attentive and proactive with the communication, which made it easy to have a perfect stress-free getaway.

Great house. Casey came through after a previous incident with a different house and saved our trip. The house was beautiful and decked out with everything to cook and clean. Close enough to the center but also far enough to not have any noise. Great for a family.

We’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs in Mexico and abroad. Casey has definitely thought of every detail. There was literally not one thing this place is missing down to ziplocks in the cabinet. Also the beds were comfortable which is extremely rare specifically in a Mexican Airbnb in our experience. Casey was super fast to respond. We enjoyed the little town of Akumal and it’s an easy drive to Tulum. Highly recommend this place! Thanks!

This unit has everything you need, except food. Seems like the neighborhood is still under construction, but the place is quiet, clean, beautiful, and offers stunning views of the sunrise on one side of the building and sunset on the other. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely adored our stay; the apartment was a haven of peace, beautifully adorned with tasteful decor that radiated warmth and charm. The tranquility was unmatched, and the pools were a delightful retreat, sparkling and inviting. First of all I have to say that Casey was such a nice host, super friendly, very helpful and always asking if we need any help. The condo is very well equipped with all the tools you might need. Nice garden area and lovely terrace. Location is 5-10min. by car to the north of Tulum and near to a big shopping mall. We had a great stay here, I would always come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casey's Airbnb! The place was even better than described - sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. What really made our experience special was Casey's warm hospitality. From the welcome basket of local treats waiting for us on arrival, to the helpful recommendations on what to see and do in the area, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Communication was excellent as well - he was always quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming, well-located home base to explore Tulum from. A big thank you to Casey for being such an outstanding host and helping make our trip so memorable. We hope to return again in a month or so!

Everything was great! The apartment has style, is extremely well-equipped - we have never had so many details - and for us the location was terrific (carts for the Miertwagen were planned for us anyway). There were snacks, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, lots of great towels, washing machine and dryer, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen, filtered water, and and and so on. And Casey is a great host, always available at short notice, even on Christmas 🙂 We felt super safe without having to live behind a fence, car was on the street, beach just a few steps away, 15 minutes to Tulum for shopping. The morning view from the roof terrace at sunrise will forever be remembered for us!

Funky decor condo in a safe complex, 5 mins walk from serene beach. Many home comforts in the condo. Helpful and responsive host. I was only there for 3 nights! Stay longer if you can.
